Using this site and the Root Self Assessment means accepting the terms below. They are short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@boan.ink before you go further.
What BOAN.ink is
BOAN.ink is an applied behavioural science practice. It offers a way to look honestly at the relationship you have with yourself, and tools, including the Root Self Assessment conducted by knotomo.hi, that help you do it. The work is built to provoke clearer thinking. It is not a shortcut, and it does not do the thinking for you.
What it is not
BOAN.ink is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. The assessment can name a pattern. It cannot diagnose, treat, or stand in for professional care. If you are in distress or dealing with a mental health crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or a support service in your country. Decisions you make after using BOAN.ink remain yours.
The assessment, plainly
The Root Self Assessment reads written answers and returns a considered reading produced with the help of an AI system. It is a mirror, not a verdict on your worth. Treat the result as material for reflection and for the conversation that follows, not as a guarantee about you or your future.
It is early
The practice is in private beta. Things will change, features will come and go, and access to parts of it is by invitation. The site and the assessment are provided as they are, without a promise that they will always be available or free of fault. We will, of course, try to keep them working well.
The ideas belong to BOAN.ink
The frameworks, language, and writing here are original work and they are owned. That includes the Four Principles, the Bubble of Awareness, the Divine Imbalance, the i-HX and Human Experience methods, the knotomo engine, and the wording and design of this site. You are welcome to read, share a link, and use what you learn in your own life. You may not copy, repackage, resell, or pass off this material as your own, or train other systems on it, without written permission.
Using it fairly
Use the site and the assessment honestly and lawfully. Do not try to break, overload, scrape, or misuse them, and do not use them to harm anyone, including yourself. Give true information when you sign up, and keep your unique assessment code to yourself.
Where the limits sit
To the extent the law allows, BOAN.ink is not liable for loss that follows from your use of the site or the assessment, or from decisions you take based on them. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under law that cannot be removed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute falls to the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
As the practice grows these terms will be updated, and the date below will move with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the version then in force.
