One drawing, made in a hurry in 2019. The four pillars have not changed since.
It was not meant to be a manifesto. It was a way of catching a thought before it left, the way every real idea gets caught, on whatever happens to be in reach. A napkin, a pen, ten minutes that would not come back.
What got drawn that day was a person, and the four things that decide whether a person is actually standing up straight. Not a brand. Not a product. A picture of a life, held honestly, with nothing flattering left in and nothing hard left out.
The strange thing is what happened next. The drawing kept being right. Years of work, of clients, of pressure tested it, and the four pillars did not need to move. They only needed instruments good enough to read them. That is what the rest of this is.
The idea was rarely the problem. What was missing was a way to make it real.
